Who we are
Glow Up 90 is run by 3LD Ltd, registered in Scotland, company number SC906404, registered office 48 West George Street, Glasgow, G2 1BP. 3LD Ltd is the data controller for the information described here. Contact us at [email protected].
We use a technology provider to run the coaching service on our behalf (messaging, scheduling and storage). They act as our data processor under a written contract and only use your information on our instructions.

We don’t ask for health information and we ask you not to send it. If your goal mentions a health condition or medication, the coach will ask you to rephrase it and won’t store it. We don’t accept photos. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach us.
Why we use it and our lawful basis
- To run the coaching you asked for (daily tasks, check-ins, weekly summaries, replies to your questions): performance of a contract with you.
- To offer you the paid plan and send a weekly tip: your consent, given when you send GLOW or LEAN. You can withdraw it any time by replying STOP.
- To keep the service safe (age check, spotting messages that suggest someone needs support, limiting message volume): our legitimate interests in running a responsible service.
- To keep payment and tax records: legal obligation.
Your replies to the coach may be processed by an AI model to write a short answer. It only sees your plan, your goal, today’s task and your last few messages, and it isn’t used to make decisions about you.
Who we share it with
Only the providers we need to run the service, each under contract: our platform provider (messaging, hosting and storage), Meta (WhatsApp), the AI provider that drafts replies, and Stripe for payments. Some of these providers may process data outside the UK; where they do, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum. We never sell your information.
How long we keep it
- Message history: 90 days.
- Your account: deleted 30 days after you reply STOP, or 12 months after your last activity.
- Reply DELETE at any time and we erase your details immediately and confirm on WhatsApp.
- Payment records: kept by Stripe and in our accounts for as long as the law requires (usually six years).
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, object to how we use it, or ask us to restrict it. Email [email protected], or reply DELETE on WhatsApp for immediate erasure. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Age
The service is for people aged 18 and over. We ask you to confirm your age before you start.
